Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return your item for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • For personalized products (custom nameplates, custom sizing, special designs, etc.), returns are only accepted in case of a production defect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In cases of lost or damaged packages, the carrier’s investigation process will apply.
