All products on this website are handmade and produced to order. Product images accurately represent the real items, but minor variations may occur due to handcrafting.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed once the payment is confirmed.

  • Personalized, custom-sized, or custom-designed products cannot be canceled or modified after the order is placed.

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify.

3. Production Time

All products are handcrafted. Standard production time is 3 business days. Custom complex designs may require additional time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via UPS Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days (varies by country).

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or customs processes caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may return non-personalized items within 14 days.

  • Personalized items (custom names, sizing, logos, etc.) can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
