Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. All shipments are sent via UPS Express.

• USA & Canada: 2–4 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier are under the carrier’s responsibility.
